Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Process Transportation orders
- Input Trip Information in a timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in dispatching is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
