We are seeking a General Manager to run our south metro restaurant and take it to a new level! With the busy season just starting, we are looking for an individual who is able to start within 30 days and able to jump in and take charge of the restaurant!

Ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:

2 years as a General Manager in a full scale restaurant setting or 4 years with AGM experience in a full scale restaurant.

Basic understanding of P&L.

Basic understanding of costing out food and beverage items.

Basic understanding on the flow of a restaurant and dinner service.

Results based individual who shows initiative and does the right thing, even when no one is looking.

Able to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude even when under pressure.

Able to handle upset guests and staff and can handle the situation properly.

Ability to multitask is a must.

Organization skills is a plus.

Must be trustworthy and have finical acumen.

Able to be a leader and not just an authoritative figure.

Must be willing to work weekends.
