The Jonestown Distribution Center, a 218,000 sq. ft. refrigerated facility operating 24/7; is currently seeking a full time Production Administrators to join our team. In this role you will provide administrative support to our production lines processing our greenhouse grown tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers.

Full Time Position: 6 AM- 5:30 PM Rotation Shift

Primary Responsibilities:

• Verify that product allocations are correct per the master schedule.
• Ensure production quality meets customer specifications.
• Input and output product in inventory tracking system.
• Create labels accurately and prints pallet tags. Ensure correct products are labeled and shipped to the right customer.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• High School degree or equivalent is required
• Must be proficient in the English language with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively in both verbal and written forms
• MS Word and data entry proficiency required

• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Complete a background and drug screening

Working Conditions:

• Work in our refrigerated warehouse, 50-degree controlled temperature zones
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
• Lift up to 30 lbs. with or without accommodations
