NEW HOME CONSULTANT

Metro Atlanta builder seeking a New Home Consultant for our New Subdivisions

Primary duties include, but not limited to:

Greet visitors to our Model Home, determine their home buying and financial needs, guide visitors through our model home answering any questions they may have about features of the home and the community.

Work closely with the home buyer through the home buying process: purchase and sale agreement, finance process with lenders, deco selections, participate in buyer meetings, orientation, walk throughs, and post-closing process while maintaining accurate and timely records of all communications.

As a New Home Consultant, you will use self-generated leads with community referrals from Realtors and Co-Brokers to sell, process and close homes to potential buyers incorporating the builder’s selling techniques. As well as develop an in-depth knowledge of the market, local community, advertising, sales, and demographics.

Maintain the Welcome Center/Model Home, spec homes by communicating with the field and Corporate Management any maintenance issue and ensure the issue, if any, are resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a New Home Consultant or commission real estate sales

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Word/Excel

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
