Summary

Surge Staffing is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Bilingual Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and leading office operations effectively, bringing a wealth of staffing experience to the table. As an integral part of Surge Staffing, the Office Manager will also be responsible for driving sales and securing new accounts for the branch. Understanding the unique aspects of our 24/7 customer service is crucial for success in this role.

This position is a full-time, direct hire position located in Romeoville, IL.

Primary Functions

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in Spanish and English.
  • Lead and manage office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Provide effective leadership to the office team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Leverage staffing experience to oversee recruitment processes and optimize talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure staffing needs align with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective staffing strategies.
  • Actively engage in sales activities to acquire new accounts and contribute to the branch's growth.
  • Identify business development opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Understand and support the 24/7 customer service model, contributing to a positive customer experience.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
  • Must be able to speak and write in Spanish.
  • Proven experience in office management, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Background in staffing with a deep understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of successfully acquiring new accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Ability to align with Surge Staffing's mission and values, promoting a positive company culture.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the demands of a 24/7 operational environment.
