Acting as a central point of contact for the client, the IM will develop customized plans for each client and direct required internal partners (i.

e., legal, product, operations, technology, risk, and sales) to ensure delivery of products and services within agreed upon time frames, with full ownership of end-to-end processes, from client commitment to revenue generation.

The IM will operate independently day-to-day with only general supervision, making decisions regarding client on-boarding projects without seeking management approval.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to adapt and tailor messages to specific audiences (Sales, Product, Operations, and Client)Ability to work under minimal supervision and under pressureA minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related technical field preferred;

relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of Degree
