As a successful member of the Collections and Recovery team you will be asked to have meaningful conversations with customers that find themselves currently struggling with their banking relationship, they have with us.
Empowerment to provide one call resolution with customers to find mutually beneficial arrangements to bring resolution to delinquent loans.
A collaborative team environment where colleagues work together to resolve complex customer issues
Using multiple systems of records, including software involving Excel, Dialer Grid
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced work environment
Maintaining compliance with all banking requirements
Self-worker, overall guidelines and training will be provided but decisions for each customer are to be made with mindful decisions that are mutually beneficial to both our customer and the Bank
