Responsibilities

· Provide both clerical and administrative support to office professionals, playing a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of businesses of the agency.

· Coordination and implementation of office procedures with responsibility for specific projects and tasks and in some cases.

· Excellent presentation, written and oral communication, word processing and typing, and require relevant skills in Word and Adobe Suite, organization and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
