Associate Product Delivery Manager Objectives
- Conduct, oversee, outline, and analyze product delivery efforts
- Define project strategies and plans
- Identify key team members for product development
- Lead & Support cross-functional development teams
- Prioritize product features
- Lead the creation of early-stage samples or demos and gather feedback
- Conduct research on competing products
- Manage project budget
- Ensure platforms are intuitive, in that they meet industry and/or clients user expectations
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager Associate and/or Execution/Delivery Manager
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- 2 years of experience in a job in the Card/Payables industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical background, with experience in Card/Payables Industry
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Agile experience (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, etc.)
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
