The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to consumers shipped via Amazon. This role ensures accurate and timely order processing in line with Amazon's vendor requirements and guidelines. Attention to details and great team working spirit is what we are looking for. You need to be passionate about getting the order right and making sure our customers will receive it as fast as possible. Prior experience with fulfilling e-commerce orders is preferred.

In summary you will be responsible for…

• Order Picking: Accurately pick items from storage locations based on the order pick list. Ensure all picked items match the order requirements in terms of product and quantity.
• Order Packing: Pack items securely, ensuring they are protected during transit. Adhere to Amazon's packaging and labeling guidelines.
• Quality Control: Inspect items before shipping for damages or discrepancies. Ensure orders are complete and meet quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Participate in inventory counts and restocking as required. Report any inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Shipping: Prepare and print shipping labels. Ensure shipments are sent out in a timely manner, adhering to shipment schedules. Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups when necessary.
• Documentation: Update and maintain order records in the inventory management system. Ensure all shipment-related documents are stored and recorded properly.
• Work Environment Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Key skills that the Sales Associate role requires…

• Ability to lift to [ 40 lbs.] and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift frequently.
• Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects, up to [40 lbs.].
• Experience with Amazon warehouse orders preferred
