C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, temp-to-hire Building Maintenance Worker in Jefferson City.
Salary / hours for Building Maintenance Worker : $15 / hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4 : 30 p.m.; (full benefit package available after full-time employment)
Responsibilities for Building Maintenance Worker :
- cleaning units
- changing / replacing light bulbs
- repairing doors
- basic plumbing and HVAC repairs
Requirements for Building Maintenance Worker :
- general maintenance skills and knowledge
- ability to lift and routinely carry up to 50 pounds
- must have computer and inventory knowledge
- ability to effectively deal with the public
- must live within 25 miles of Jefferson City and possess a clean driving record
- ability to pass background check and pass drug screening
