The incumbent provides supervisory guidance and direction to classroom staff, and effectively manages problem solving skills to meet student and staff needs. The incumbent assesses, develops, and implements Individualized Education Plans (IEP’s) for assigned students. The position assumes the authority, responsibility, and accountability for managing overall effectiveness of the classroom.
