SCOPE:
The Utility Project Manager is responsible for the many phases of the utility operation in a portfolio of communities, including, but not limited to analyzing data trends, weekly property visits as needed, negotiating annual utility contracts, preparing business plans to meet financial goals, liaison between Corp, field, consultants and utility providers/vendors and Lakeshore customers, interact and train field personnel so that the utilities infrastructure is maintained at all times in good physical condition. To adhere to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing, and management services.

COMPENSATION: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00/Yr (Based on experience)
