As Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and direction for operations staff. You will provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients. In addition to overseeing the operations of the center and ensure that work is done in accordance with federal, state, and local policies/contracts

• Work with Director to ensure reporting and data tracking is accurate and completed on time
• Develop and establish performance reporting documents
• Create process flows and submit final copies for ISO
• Review data for accuracy and quality and share feedback with Director and team as needed
• Attend required meetings and apprise staff of discussions held at these meetings
• Utilize positive communication techniques to resolve issues
• Facilitate weekly staff meetings.
• Provide day-to-day management and process improvement of office operations.
• Understand internal needs to facilitate and deliver staff training.
• Develop processes and best practices to ensure that contractual targets/performance are consistently met
• Conduct weekly meetings with all direct reports to learn of needs, questions, and areas of improvement
• Maintain resumes, emergency contact database and emergency plans for the office
• Provide front desk support, operational assistance, customer service assistance, troubleshooting, and any other activities needed to support the operations of the Center

Required Experience:

• Proficient experience in SALESFORCE (This is a non-negotiable for all candidates)
• Proficient experience in creating reports
• Must have 2-5 years of leadership and project management experience in a business, sales, and/or training related field
• Must have prior experience skills and experience in providing career development assistance
• Must be proficient in MS Office products, including Excel
• Must have experience in team-oriented environment
• Should be able to converse with a wide range of professionals and demonstrate a positive and professional attitude

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, human services or related area is required
