Summary
The CDL over-the-road (OTR) driver - laborer role is hybrid position that combines making scheduled pick-ups and deliveries to the company’s work sites, and working in the production facility when delivery and pick-up needs decrease. The CDL OTR driver hauls various types of construction equipment, materials, and projects throughout the continental United States, and occasionally Canada, traveling between company headquarters and company job sites. Candidate will have the opportunity to work in any area of the production facility to fulfill shop labor duties based on individual skillset.
Fleet consists of late model Peterbilt trucks. Loads are company equipment and materials. Flexible schedule allows drivers to plan routes. Must be 21 years of age or older to apply. COST is not a trucking company.

Location: Jackson, WI with travel across continental United States, and occasionally Canada
Shift: Varies; M – Th when driving (most weeks); home most weekends; M – F when working in production facility, with option to work four 10-hour shifts, five 8-hour shifts, etc.
