United Water Restoration Long Island is Hiring a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative Near Islandia, NY
Position PurposeThe Dispatcher position is the center of the operation, providing fast and friendly communications for scheduling resources. Superstars in this role successfully manage the dynamic day-to-day workflow efficiently while providing best-in-class service to our clients.
Additionally, as a CSR (Customer Service Rep) the position supports general office duties and outbound follow up calls.
Reports to: General Manager
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer client calls; provide solution-oriented responses and feedback to clients regarding service inquiries.
- Schedule jobs for technicians. MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUS !!!
- Primary contact for field technicians calling in for assistance.
- Make outbound calls to clients to schedule appointments.
- Owns client concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
- Daily Invoice Review, Estimate Follow-Up and A/R Collections.
- Administrative Office work and Marketing tasks.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Tech Savvy. Quick learner of software applications.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to complete tasks.
- Able to work gracefully under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Obsessed with Details
- Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus.
- Could work Saturdays.
- Sounds Amazing on the Phone.
- Has a presence that makes everyone on the team better!
