LHH is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Near Islandia, NY
This is a full time, In Office Position.
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:The AR Rep will report to the Accounts Receivables Manager and will provide clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under their control
- Process Manual Rent Deposits
- Process and review payments online and lockbox via YARDI
- Process Accounting Deposits
- Review contracts
- Process monthly postings to account
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Perform account reconciliations
- Review transaction and unpaid charge reports
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Initiate and discontinue any non-pay legal cases
- 2 yr experience in Accounts Receivable
- Real Estate and/or Property Management experience is a MUST
- Yardi Software Experience is a HUGE PLUS
- MS Excel—Basic/Intermediate Skills.
- Salary- $55-65K (based on experience)
