Join our dynamic team as a Construction Project Manager that is committed to making every home a dream home!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of exterior home remodeling projects, including siding, roofing, windows, and doors.
  • Coordinate and schedule tasks and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the duration of each project.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and address any issues or changes in project scope.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time and work is performed to our quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit project reports and documentation, including budgets, progress updates, and final close-out documents.
  • Resolve any project-related disputes or problems effectively, maintaining professionalism and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management, particularly with exterior remodeling projects.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • OSHA certifications required.
  • Prior experience in construction and direct customer interaction.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday and Saturdays as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
