We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate estimates to our clients, ensuring project budgets are in line with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop accurate estimates for commercial projects.
• Review and analyze project documents for cost estimation.
• Develop cost estimates for projects in the construction, aerospace, medical, hospital, retail, clinic, mall, office, museum, restaurant, university, and K-12 industries.
• Develop cost-effective solutions for project changes and discrepancies.
• Analyze and identify potential risks and cost overruns.
• Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Remain up-to-date on market prices and materials.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Estimating, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Estimating software.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
