JOB SUMMARY :

Responsible for all Customer File Maintenance, maintaining customer account files, providing collections support to the Credit Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Collections and maintenance of customer accounts. Follow-up correspondence, resolution and escalation of overdue accounts.

REQUIREMENTS : Education :

Education :

High School Diploma.

Experience :

Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience with emphasis on Collections.

Skills :

Must be able to analyze data and draw logical conclusions and recommendations for the data

Quick and accurate 10-key skills.

• Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must work well with other departments.
• Enthusiastic team player interested in positive company.
