Job Description:

As a Marketing Specialist at Pyramid Contracting, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and services. You will be responsible for creating compelling marketing materials, managing our digital presence, and supporting our sales team through effective communication strategies. Your expertise in InDesign will be essential for developing high-quality, visually appealing content.

Key Responsibilities:

• RFPs and RFQs: Prepare and coordinate the development of proposals and qualification documents to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs).
• Project Slicks (One-Pagers): Design and produce project slicks that highlight our key projects and capabilities, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our projects and services.
• Website Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the company website to ensure content is current, accurate, and reflective of our brand.
• Graphic Design: Utilize InDesign to create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and other promotional items.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and project teams to gather necessary information and ensure all marketing materials are accurate and aligned with company standards.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that can inform our marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is a must.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
• Experience with social media platforms and website content management systems.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
