Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
  • Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are achieved

Experience:

  • Proven experience in project management
  • Familiarity with project management software
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward successful project completion
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of project planning techniques, including earned value management
  • strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Procore, or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
