Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent years of training, work experience, and education).
- 1-2 years of Business Analyst experience through internships or industry experience including:
- Developing and managing functional/technical specifications and test plans;
- Working with SAP;
- Creating documentation using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or similar tool.
- Ability to identifying process issues and suggestions for improvement.
- Potential travel for brainstorming sessions, tops once every other month.
- Familiar with Microsoft Visio.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools.
- Knowledge of the Agriculture business and industry.
