**Overview:**

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficiency in managing inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse supervision, demand planning, transportation management, and inventory control.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and optimize warehouse processes to meet company objectives

- Supervise warehouse staff and provide leadership to ensure smooth operations

- Implement lean principles to improve warehouse efficiency

- Oversee procurement activities and maintain optimal inventory levels

- Develop and execute demand planning strategies to meet customer needs

- Coordinate transportation planning for inbound and outbound shipments

- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, including profit loss

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control

- Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively

- Proficiency in demand planning and transportation management systems

- Ability to procure supplies efficiently while controlling costs

- Mandarin is a plus
