The Behavioral Consultant is responsible for the provision of behavioral therapy and counseling services to individuals served by New Hope as well as training to associates regarding behavioral management techniques. A Behavioral Consultant participates in the development of Individual Support Plans, conducts functional behavior assessments, designs and implements behavior support programs and professionally and accurately maintains documentation and communication.
