Your main goal in this role is to provide safe, professional, and loving care to our patients in their homes. Union Registered Nurses must possess strong clinical knowledge in various geriatric disease processes and be proficient in performing head-to-toe assessments, blood draws, injections, education, medication management, to name a few.
Requirements:
- Licensed IN Registered Nurse (RN) is required
- Home Health or Hospice nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to travel to see patients within the Marion Co territory and assist with growth
- Must be able to provide a flexible schedule - At least two to three days per week
- COVID vaccinated or can present a medical or religious exemption
