St. Agnes Apartments is Hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician Near Indianapolis, IN
We are now accepting resumes for our Apartment Maintenance Tech Job opening. A typical day for this position would include doing various jobs. We are looking to hire a detailed hard working person that has the drive to work independently or in a team setting.

Responsibilities and Duties
Perform various tasks for the apartments. This includes plumbing,
Duties will vary as needed so we need multi skilled person that can do various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC duties (electrical furnace repairs).
Job hours are Monday thru Friday from 8-5. On call only 1 week out of every 6 weeks, you get extra pay the week you are on call .
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, basic tools are required
Qualifications and Skills
· Perform plumbing tasks such as fixing leaking faucets, running clogged drain lines, rebuilding & replacing plumbing fixtures.
· Perform electrical duties such as replacing breakers, finding shorts, changing out fixtures.
· Perform basic carpentry such as hanging a door or replacing trim.
Service appliances and HVAC systems.
