Duties / Responsibilities: Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials for each job site spec, which will be accomplished by: Completing training programs as provided Review and understand weekly/monthly production forecasting. Attend daily and/or weekly staff meetings. At these meetings communicate Damaged Material Report (DMR) issues, discrepancy issues from audits, inventory preparation, material issues, etc. Gather Feedback from Framers and Site Supervisors. Communicate necessary feedback with the estimation team. Help facilitate repair requests. Direct involvement in conducting physical inventory Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Four-year degree or relevant experience Two to Three years of experience in the construction industry with knowledge of framing. Must have excellent mathematical skills Great attention to details, organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment Motivated to pursue improvement Demonstrates initiative and assertiveness Able to communicate positively and clearly with peers, managers, and internal customers Knowledge in MS Office software, including Excel Physical Demands: Must be able to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as telephone, calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc. Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Travel Requirements: Travel to surrounding customer job sites.
