- Efficiently process up to 100 daily purchase orders (POs) during peak periods
- Handle receiving of POs and ensure their accurate entry into QuickBooks Desktop
- Oversee inventory management, including supplies and physical inventory count
- Stage projects by placing parts on shelves in preparation for the team
- Restock product transfers as needed
- Conduct research to secure better pricing for inventory and prepare price materials or get quotes as necessary
- Manage tools and equipment, ensuring their optimal use and maintenance
- Carry and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Utilize skills in Purchasing Functions and Annual Physical Inventories to efficiently manage operations.
