Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Salary:$60,000 - 75,000 per year depending on experience

Hybrid: Work from home 3 days and two days in-person at our Independence Residential Treatment Center located at: 3205 N Twyman Ed Independence, Missouri 64058

Embark Behavioral Health operates an exceptional network of treatment and therapy programs across the United States. We specialize in preteens, teens, and young adults, struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health and substance use issues. The Embark support office is located in Chandler, AZ and supports 1,600 employees across the nation in 22 different locations and growing. Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and partner closely with Hiring Managers to develop a hiring strategy to ensure positions are filled with the right person at the right time.
  • Partner closely with internal teams and hiring managers to understand the needs of the role and the culture of the department.
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process to source, attract, recruit and interview candidates for open positions across the company.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines of qualified candidates.
  • Incorporate and promote DEI initiatives into the recruiting strategy.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, provide recommendations for moving candidates forward and providing candidate summaries to hiring managers
  • Establish a rapport with candidates and create compelling communication that attracts them to opportunities at Embark and provides information about the role, benefits, salary, growth opportunities, company culture and other relevant details of the job.
  • Build community partnerships and promote opportunities via community outreach, job fairs, social media, job boards, internet sourcing, employee referrals, etc.
  • Coach hiring managers during selection process to ensure consistent practices and compliance with employment law. Maintains current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disability Act (ADA).
  • Manage and update candidate statuses in the applicant tracking system accurately and regularly to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate and provide support to other Recruiters and HR Managers across the organization.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with behavioral healthcare recruiting experience, but not required.
  • Experience developing and executing in-house recruitment plans and strategies.
  • A desire to facilitate company growth through a team approach, working with program leaders and hiring managers.
  • A desire to excel utilizing results-driven recruiting techniques to source A-player candidates.
  • Knowledge of recruiting systems, social media platforms, applicant tracking systems, and applicable recruiting technology.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and maturity
  • Ability to communicate openly, effectively and timely in speech, writing, email, and phone.
  • Preferred minimum two years of full-cycle recruiting.
  • Ability to recruit creatively and systematically, collaborate with the recruitment team, and develop recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • A can-do attitude, excellent judgement and decision making skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and active listening skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role, including openness to regular feedback.
  • Ability to pass a state background check and work in an office setting.
