Essential Functions
- Scheduling and rescheduling new and current releases.
- Line to WIP transfers with hours verification.
- Daily WIP updating and WIP adjusting for forecast.
- Attending order review to address any issues before release.
- Creating WOs for fabricated parts.
- Order fabricated parts to be transferred from sister plants.
- Backflushing materials, receiving parts, and adjusting WOs.
- Substituting parts and raw materials when requested.
- Creating job packets for production and communicating changes.
- Communicating with engineers to resolve issues.
- Problem Solving Inventory issues.
- Communicating with outside vendors for SSTL, decals, and reefer installs.
- Coordinating Materials to complete WOs for on time galvanized parts.
- Sortation oversight to ensure part delivery to shops.
- Entering new work orders into the Hackney line schedule.
- Delivering cut schedule to production control.
- Adjusting units due to OCRs when applicable.
- Unit tracking from Chassis arrivals to dispatch.
- Assist/Direct production to meet deadlines.
- Communication with sales to inform/resolve any issues.
- Efficient in Excel, verbal communication and willingness to be a team player.
- Analytical skills preferred
- Organizational Skills- Needs to be highly organized and self-sufficient.
