Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating young minds and creating a positive learning environment in a Christian setting. Salary is dependent on years experience. Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the requirements of the school's curriculum
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students and promote active learning
- Manage classroom activities and behavior to ensure a conducive learning environment
- Provide early intervention support for students who require additional assistance
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support their academic growth
- Utilize behavior management techniques to address student conduct effectively

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- State teaching certification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to educate and inspire young learners
- Proficiency in proofreading educational materials

Salary is based on education and years experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
