Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for students and staff
- Maintain a positive school culture and promote academic excellence and spiritual leadership
- Lead and manage a team of teachers and support staff
- Provide guidance and support to teachers in curriculum development, instructional strategies, and classroom management
- Collaborate with parents, community members, and stakeholders to foster strong partnerships and enhance student success
- Manage school budgets, resources, and facilities to ensure efficient operations
- Handle disciplinary matters and resolve conflicts among students, staff, and parents
- Stay up-to-date with educational trends, state requirements, research, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of education provided
Experience:
- Strong and significant educational leadership experience within school setting. - Experience as a classroom teacher - Holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership
- Possess a Biblical understanding of education and how that applies to the Christian school today
- Instruct and guide students in such a way that will lead to positive values, acceptable behavior, and self discipline with a Christian emphasis
- Acknowledges Jesus Christ as personal savior and is a strong Christian role model in attitude and speech toward others
- Strong knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and standards
- Proven track record of effective team management, leadership skills, academic excellence and spiritual leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and community members
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and handle complex situations with professionalism
- Experience in curriculum development, assessment strategies, and data-driven instruction
- Familiarity with technology integration in education
