Description

Summary: Assist and support lenders in acquiring and compiling needed information for credit analysis and credit approval packages. Input financial information into excel spreadsheet and loan management system software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs analysis of financial statements, cashflows, and pricing analysis
  • Understand and evaluate key components of the financial analysis process including the 5 C’s of Credit (character, capacity, capital, collateral, and conditions)
  • Learn and understand bank policies in relation to credit requests
  • Prepares presentation materials for new and additional credit proposals
  • Perform other duties within the branch, special projects and research as needed.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or one years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
