Counting is a very active job - you will be bending, kneeling and climbing ladders; so, you’re either on your feet or knees the entire inventory. Accuracy is everything! You will be required to physically count a store everyday with the assistance of store personnel. Analyze the data and research the variances. Coach the manager to improve their inventory. Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory controls through adherence to company guidelines and policies. Exhibit good intercompany communication skills and a proven ability in problem solving.
