ROLE SUMMARY:
The Marketing Project Manager plays a key role in planning and implementing strategies and processes tied to marketing initiatives and projects. They are integral in converting ambitions and ideas into actionable steps and timelines for execution. This all-encompassing role requires a high level view of how the marketing department collaborates with various business functions including operations, design, business development, sales & process, finance, and external partners/vendors. The ideal candidate will emulate our brand voice. At Red Door, we are fun-loving, humorous, conversational, and teammates.
RESPONSIBILITIES/PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Ensures thought leadership is brought to scoping projects, setting SMART goals, allocating resources, and meeting deadlines
- Identify the team’s undertakings and strategically assign tasks based on bandwidth, priority, and business impact
- Support Brand Managers’ strategic planning of campaigns, projects, budgets, and marketing opportunities efforts
- Develop and implement standards, processes, workflow, governance for long and short term projects/campaigns
- Define, document, and uphold the marketing departments core processes
- Manage communication between external vendors and internal teams to maintain healthy project status
- In depth analysis of project health and status
- Oversees and leads the marketing execution of timelines, tasks, quality assurance and deliverables
- Leadership for direct reports
- Liaise as a point of contact regarding marketing projects/campaigns with support of Marketing Brand Manager

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
- BA in marketing, business, management, or related field, PMP preferred
- Experience in project management, marketing operations, customer relationship management, creative services or comparable experience, 2 years
- Proven track record of superior project management and organizational skills; cost, risk, prioritization, and time-management skills
- PMS efficiency, Asana & Monday.com preferred
- Well rounded in marketing design timelines
- Mastery of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
- Experience with “New to Market” launches, 2 years
- Proven track record of developing, refining, and implementing processes and standard operational procedures, 2 years
SALARY & ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
- $55,000 - $62,500 based on experience
- Performance-based bonuses
- Long-term employee equity available

- 15 days paid time off accrued annually & other paid holidays
- Flexible/hybrid modality: In-person Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Remote Wednesday & Thursday
