The Superintendent is responsible for all field operations, including the coordination of subcontractors work. Responsible for all field activities associated with the project, including ultimate responsibility for implementation of the safety program for the job site, supervision of all field construction work and shares responsibility with the Project Manager for maintaining the project budget, actively participating in the pre-construction phase, and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to company policies and procedures and meets the clients expectations of quality.
Ideal candidates are smart, have great judgment, value quality work, and possess the tech-savvy necessary to quickly learning our software platform. Excellent candidates will also possess strong communication and organizational skills, both of which are crucial to Superintendent success – this team is often in direct contact with our vendor partners and client locations, while simultaneously aiding our internal team through the life-cycle of each project.
