Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards adherence.
- Conduct internal audits and lead external audits.
- Establish and monitor quality control processes.
- Implement inspection procedures and analyze quality data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
- Manage supplier quality through audits and assessments.
- Provide training on quality assurance principles.
- Foster a culture of quality awareness and improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Experience in quality management systems implementation.
- Familiarity with AQL sampling plans and statistical quality control.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification such as CQM or CQE is a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing, preferably in spring manufacturing.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Computer proficiency and occasional equipment handling.
- Strong sensory, communication, and reasoning abilities.
- Advanced reading, writing, and math skills.
