Job Summary:
We are seeking a Food Preparation Worker to join our team. The Food Preparation Worker will assist in the preparation and production of food items for our restaurant, catering services, and dietary department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for food and a desire to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. (FOOD TRUCK)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menu planning
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of food stations
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient operations
- Support catering events by preparing and plating food as needed

Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred (deli)
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Ability to follow recipes and menu guidelines accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
