Van Pool Transportation LLC Essential Functions: Provide service to customer accounts within Finance and Billing and supporting Operations. Collecting and recording billing data. Working with and supporting the operations team to collect daily billing information. Meet established performance goals and deadlines in ways that comply with client service level agreements. Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents for assigned clients. Addressing any billing problems or billing disputes. Analyzing and generating reports on billing statistics. Communicating with clients to help them resolve problems and find answers to questions. Creating invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to clients. Monitoring payments and accounts to look for payment discrepancies. Prepare invoice reports at client request. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Two (2) years of progressive accounting/finance experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Advanced degree is a bonus. Knowledge and experience of transportation operations preferred.
