Doctors of Physical Therapy is Hiring a Physical Therapy Technician Near Howell, MI
Doctors of Physical Therapy is looking for a Part time to Full time Physical Therapy Technician in our Howell and Brighton Clinics. The ideal candidate will enjoy being on their feet supporting Physical Therapist with patient care, and also contributing to front desk activities.
Under the close supervision of a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist technicians are responsible for assisting the therapist with patient care or patient related needs which includes clerical duties; Scheduling, collecting co-pays, scanning, completing new patient registration, answering phone, daily team communication, maintaining overall clinic cleanliness, and preparing treatment areas.

- Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Anatomy
- Positive attitude
- Team player
- Ability to work with all types of people
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize important tasks is necessary
- Use of computer systems such as EMR, payment processing portal, email and other communication sources.
- Maintaining pleasant and professional relationships with patients

- Ability to comply with Doctors of Physical Therapy Standards of Operations
