Preferred Experience:
Kinnser/Oasis experience preferred with at least one year in home health and strong clinical skills. SOCs, Recerts, D/C's and SNVs for mostly orthopedic and some medically acute patients. You will be responsible for coordinating a plan of care with your field team of RNs /PTs and OTs. Strong analytical/critical thinking skills needed and QA experience a plus. This is a fast-paced environment which makes the day fly by. Strong, collaborative nursing team that really cares for one another and will make your job both rewarding and FUN!
Work Hours: 8am to 5pm.
