Complete Help Center is Hiring a Remote Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with autism and related disorders, providing high-quality behavioral services.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention programs
- Provide training to caregivers and other professionals
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
