Job responsibility!!!
Case management for a 5 full time clients on the autism spectrum
- Completing initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
- Collecting, analyzing data and creating individualized treatment plans for each child
- Discharge and transition planning for clients
- Providing education and training a team of behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians
- Providing weekly parent training
