National Park College is Hiring a Workforce Specialist Near Hot Springs, AR
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development of new programs
- Coordinate assigned customized training programs
- Secure instructors for programs
- Program and instructor evaluation
- Assist writing existing workforce training program (EWTP) grants, maintain accurate records and complete required reports in a timely manner
- Other duties associated with program delivery
- Must have excellent networking skills
- Ability to plan and organize training projects
- Ability to travel
- Willingness to achieve required certifications
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent marketing and sales skills
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency using MS Office software required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Master’s degree is preferred
- Five or more years of experience developing, selling, and delivering professional training programs to adults
- OSHA Safety and Forklift training preferred
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Prolonged periods of standing at times
- Prolonged screen time
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
