Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences. Base hourly pay tips.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests according to standard recipes
- Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell drinks and promote menu items
- Monitor and manage bar inventory levels
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience in cash handling within the hospitality industry
- Strong sales skills with a focus on guest services
- Excellent time management abilities to handle peak hours efficiently
- Knowledge of the food industry and cocktail preparation techniques

• Restaurant experience: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Food Handler Certification (Required)
• OLCC Service Permit (Required)

• Hood River, OR 97031 (Required)
