Audi Hawaii is now hiring for a Warranty Administrator position.

Warranty/Office Administrator's are responsible for,

• Overseeing and managing the warranty claims process within the dealership from initial customer contact through claim reconciliation and customer satisfaction within the guidelines of the applicable warranty policy. This includes claim documentation, decision making as to claim eligibility, customer complaint resolution, proper parts retention, and overall follow through on all aspects of claim management;
• Ensuring that all eligible warranty claims are submitted electronically and in a timely manner;
• Booking, submitting, reviewing, and reconciling daily cash reports for Audi/ Ultra Luxury Warranty;
• Answering incoming calls on the main line;
• Scheduling appointments and prewrites for online appointments;
• Managing Campaign SOP’s;
• Processing extended warranties and factory warranties;
• Reviewing and processing warranty claims; verifying processing criteria required by factory;
• Keeping abreast of all factory recalls and announcements;
• Processing sublet labor warranty claims and follow up on outstanding claims;
• Working with accounting department to obtain payments;
• Maintaining service warranty records;
• Verifying proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage and payment;
• Filing and maintaining records;
• Being the single point of contact between the dealership and all manufacturer warranty policies, warranty definitions, and procedures;
• Other job duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements: Must High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent. Must have one year experience with warranty claim processing at a vehicle dealership. Knowledge of operating system and GM Global Connect, highly preferred. Must be computer proficient with thorough knowledge and understanding of all manufacturer warranty policies and recommended procedures.
