What's the position?
As a Manager on the Integrated Marketing & Partnerships team, you will help build and own the activation strategy across Hard Rock Bet’s portfolio of sponsorships to maximize value and exceed sponsorship KPIs. You will take a best-in-class management approach to working with teams, leagues, events, and properties. You will be responsible for working cross-functionally and with external agency partners to drive Partnership Marketing efforts. You will proactively uncover and recommend new partnership opportunities across team, league, events, and properties that align and amplify Hard Rock Bet’s partnership strategy. You will own on-the-ground partnership activations and co-marketing efforts.
You’re an emotive-based marketeer who has proven experience in executing sponsorships, driving internal stakeholder groups, and navigating ambiguity. You are a master tactician that can manage multiple stakeholders to success in a fast-paced environment. You are a highly collaborative partner with an eye towards building long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships for all parties.
You are interested in audience narratives, insights, cutting edge sports partnerships, and macro-culture research, and are driven to become an expert on communities in sports betting and online casino, in the Hard Rock Bet product, and in creative campaigns that drive loyalty to our brand. You will work across partners to drive both a revenue generating and brand building approach to our marketing efforts.
Ultimately, you will contribute to building, growing, and expanding the best brand in gaming.
