Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Travelling Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site and may require travel with the Florida area.
- Manage and oversee subcontractors, ensuring their work meets quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and adherence to contract requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues or hazards and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines
- Monitor project budget and expenses, making recommendations for cost-saving measures
- Utilize construction management software (e.g., ProCore) to track project progress and communicate updates

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Primavera)
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Budgeting experience is preferred
