Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, construction estimating, and utilizing software such as HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets
- Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis
- Utilize software tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera for project management
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with contractors, architects, engineers, and clients

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Proficiency in software such as HeavyBid, ProCore, Civil 3D, Schematics, Prolog
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Pay: $55,172.35 - $120,000.00 per year
